At Byrd's Western Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your boots and western wear. If your purchase doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in unworn, original condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Place your items in their original packaging, including all tags and boot boxes, ensuring they are protected for transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
